*Q:What can we do if cargo are damaged?
A: 1% of foc parts are shipped with the goods. If damaged, it can be replaced directly.
*Q: How about the trade term ?
A: EX-WORKS, FOB or C&F, Our original intention is to provide our parts with this product together with cash drawer and other pos together,
to low the your import and our export cost. New customers simply purchase a type of equipment from us and have us responsible for exporting it separately. If the quantity is small, the factory price will still be cheaper than the actual manufacturer, but the average export cost will be higher, ultimately leading to a loss of price advantage in export (FOB) prices.

A: In case of purchase plan, around 15 days, but depens on quantity
